Our menu is a reflection of our ongoing exploration of heritage Straits cuisine - an ever-evolving journey through the rich culinary traditions of the Malay Archipelago. Rooted in the diverse influences of Malay, Chinese, Indian, and Eurasian cultures, each course revives long-forgotten recipes and untold stories, reimagined with care and curiosity.

From the aroma of bay leaf and sweet scent of cinnamon, to the invigorating bouquet of fresh kaffir lime leaf and assam keping – the selection of wines is redolent of ingredients close to our hearts.  The wine list is curated by these familiar flavour profiles, offering a guide that evokes the senses and inspires curiosity.
