The Author’s Table, a new collaborative culinary series celebrating shared Peranakan Heritage.
We welcome acclaimed culinary writer Christopher Tan to Pangium for the inaugural edition of The Author’s Table, a new series bringing people behind books into conversation at the table.
Christopher, Chef-Owner Malcolm Lee and his team will explore the world of kueh. Expect bites shaped by Christopher’s research and Pangium’s contemporary perspective, alongside the rare chance to watch him cook á la minute using heritage kueh tools in the dining room.

In conjunction with the annual Singapore Botanic Gardens Heritage Festival, the Jazz Association Singapore Youth Orchestra will be bringing the smoothest tunes in a special outdoor performance under the stars.
To mark the special occasion, Pangium presents the Heritage Harmony Basket, an exclusive picnic set featuring a distinctive taste of Straits cuisine in a series of dishes, including the signature ‘Pang Susi’, a Eurasian sweet potato bun filled with tender Iberico pork jowl.
Come spend an elegant evening with soulful jazz and curated culinary creations set against the lush backdrop of the historic garden.
